1. Payment Policy:

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Payment for lessons must be made in advance.

• If a payment is late, lessons may be temporarily paused until payment is received.

2. Class Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Students are allowed to miss one class without a valid doctor's certificate.

• If a student needs to miss a class for any reason other than illness, they must notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

• If a class is canceled by the teacher, a makeup lesson will be scheduled.

3. Student Conduct:

• Students are expected to be respectful of the teacher and other students.

• Disruptive behavior may result in the termination of lessons.

 

4. Equipment and Internet Connection:

• Students are responsible for providing their own equipment, including a computer, microphone, and stable internet connection.

• Technical difficulties that are not the fault of the teacher will not result in a missed lesson.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality:

• The teacher will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all student information.

6. Termination of Lessons:

• Either the teacher or the student may terminate lessons at any time.

• If a student terminates lessons, any remaining prepaid fees will not be refunded.

By enrolling in online music lessons, the student agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
